Once you fill out the form, our team will revise your application. You will receive an email as soon as we approve your application or we will be in touch with you if we need any additional information.

Authorized resellers purchase Sleep Wave’s products at Wholesale prices to resell to their clients directly.

If you prefer to partner with Sleep Wave on a commission-based referral, please sign up for our Affiliate Program instead.

You can also create two accounts, one as a Reseller (Wholesaler) and one as an Affiliate (Commissioned).
