Return and Refund Policy

Please note: we recommend you to use the Sleep Wave System for a minimum of 30 consecutive nights. Most customers experience positive effects after 30 nights of continuous use. While you might notice results right away, it might take a while before your body adapts to Sleep Wave and notice the difference.
Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your Sleep Wave System for any reason, you have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund, excluding shipping.
Import and duties fees for non-US orders are not refundable.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must fill out a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) Form within 45 days of receiving the Product from Sleep Wave Technologies. To start the return process, please fill out the RMA Form here. This will help us to identify and process your return quicker once received at our warehouse.
- The returned Product must be in good physical condition, meaning that the Product includes all original parts (controller unit, power cord, controller cable, and fitted or travel pad) and all parts must be in like-new condition.
- You must ship the Product, packaged in a box, along with a copy of your RMA Form, to the address specified by below:

Please Note: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return package to Sleep Wave Technologies. The shipping cost may vary per provider and customer address.
When processing your refund, we will deduct the cost of the returning shipping from your total refund.
Sleep Wave will then email you the shipping label to return your device.
Additional terms and conditions:
- Please return the Product no later than 7 days after completing the RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) Form .
- Returns received that have not been registered using the RMA Form or that do not contain a copy of the RMA Form inside the returning box will take longer to process. Please fill out our RMA Form for a correct and fast processing of your return order.
- Shipping and handling charges and international customs or duty fees (VAT) are non-refundable.
- If the Product returned doesn’t meet the above conditions, Sleep Wave retains the right to refuse the return or only provide a partial refund.
Refund
Once the return is received at our facility, it will be reviewed and if approved for refund, we will process your credit within 10 business days.
